Terms and Conditions of Use • Effective 20 July 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and GOA Community Services, a business operating in the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the owner and operator of the Blenavar Social Business Network platform, accessible at goacommunityservices.com/blenavar-social-business-network and via its associated mobile and web applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. About Blenavar

Blenavar Social Business Network ("BSBN") is a social business networking platform created by Ilechukwu Michael Chikamso Zaru-Ten and operated under the Goa Community Services (GOA CS) ecosystem. Blenavar is dedicated to Blenavar O.F.E.I., who operates business blueprint services within the GOA Community Services ecosystem.

Blenavar exists to empower entrepreneurs and skilled professionals by giving them tools to build a public business presence ("Business Cards"), connect with other entrepreneurs, share knowledge and updates through a community forum and private groups, communicate directly through private messaging (including images and voice notes), and — where eligible — earn income through the Platform's creator monetization tools.

Blenavar operates within, and traces its lineage to, the vocational and skills-empowerment mission of GOA CS-VM Rxandaphael Varlum Skill Acquisition Center. Nothing in these Terms should be read as limiting or altering the charitable, educational, or vocational mission of GOA Community Services outside of the Blenavar Platform itself.

2. Eligibility

● You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account on Blenavar.

● You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your country and state of residence, and keep this information up to date.

● You may not register if you have been previously banned or suspended from the Platform, unless GOA Community Services has expressly reinstated your access.

● By registering, you confirm that your use of the Platform will not violate any law applicable to you, including the laws of the country in which you reside and the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify GOA Community Services immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. GOA Community Services is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

You may not create more than one account for the purpose of evading a suspension, artificially inflating engagement, or manipulating the creator earnings system. Accounts found to be doing so may be suspended or terminated, and any associated pending earnings forfeited, at GOA Community Services' discretion.

4. The Business Card and Public Profile

Upon registration, each user may create a Business Card — a public-facing profile describing their business, expertise, location, and contact details. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you publish on your Business Card, including any claims about your business, products, services, or qualifications.

Blenavar does not verify the identity, licensing, qualifications, or legitimacy of any business represented on the Platform, except where a specific verification or "trust score" feature explicitly states otherwise. Users interacting with any Business Card, post, or offer on the Platform do so at their own risk and are strongly encouraged to independently verify any business or individual before entering into a transaction with them.

5. User-Generated Content

The Platform allows users to post text, images, and YouTube video links to the community forum and group rooms, exchange private and group messages including images and voice notes, and comment on posts, business cards, and profiles (collectively, "User Content").

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of the User Content you create. By posting User Content on Blenavar, you grant GOA Community Services a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform. This licence ends when you delete the specific content or your account, except to the extent your content has been shared by others, cached, or retained for legal or backup purposes.

5.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to post, send, or upload content that:

● Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or sexually exploitative, including any content involving minors in any sexual or suggestive context;

● Harasses, threatens, or incites violence against any person or group;

● Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party;

● Is fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to scam other users, including fake business offers, fraudulent payment requests, or impersonation of another person or business;

● Promotes illegal goods or services, including unlicensed pharmaceuticals, weapons, or controlled substances;

● Contains malicious code, spam, or is designed to manipulate the Platform's ranking, view-count, or earnings systems;

● Violates any applicable law of Nigeria or the user's own jurisdiction.

GOA Community Services reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, moderate, hide, or remove any User Content, and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate this section, with or without prior notice.

5.3 Reporting and Moderation

Users may report posts, comments, messages, or accounts believed to violate these Terms. Reports are reviewed by GOA Community Services' administrative team. Decisions on reported content are made at GOA Community Services' reasonable discretion and are final, though a user affected by a moderation decision may appeal via the Support channel described in Section 14.

6. Groups

Users may create and join Group Rooms. A group's creator may designate the group as Public (anyone may join instantly) or Private (join requests require the creator's approval). The group creator is solely responsible for reviewing and approving or rejecting join requests to their Private group, and GOA Community Services takes no part in that decision except where content posted within a group violates these Terms.

Group creators are responsible for the conduct and content shared within groups they own, to the extent they have the ability to moderate that group via the tools provided by the Platform.

7. Friends, Following, and Blocking

The Platform allows users to send and accept friend requests, follow other users' Business Cards, and block other users. Blocking a user prevents that user from messaging you, viewing certain content, or interacting with your posts, as implemented by the Platform's features from time to time.

8. Gifts, Ads, Promotions, and Payments

Blenavar operates monetization features including a virtual Gift system, paid Advertisements, and Card Subscriptions/Promotions. These are governed in full by the Refund and Payment Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. In summary:

● Certain features require payment via supported cryptocurrency (processed through a third-party payment processor) or a manual Nigerian Naira bank transfer claim, reviewed and approved by GOA Community Services administrators.

● Payments for Gifts, Ads, Promotions, and Card Subscriptions are, except where required by law or expressly stated in the Refund and Payment Policy, non-refundable once the underlying service has been delivered or the ad/promotion has gone live.

● GOA Community Services reserves the right to change pricing for any paid feature at any time, with reasonable notice provided in-app or via the Platform's official channels.

9. Creator Earnings and Withdrawals

Eligible users may earn income through the Platform's creator monetization tools (including but not limited to Gifts received and view-based earnings on qualifying content). Earnings accrue to an in-Platform wallet balance and may be withdrawn subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold, processing timelines, and verification requirements set out in the Refund and Payment Policy and communicated in-app from time to time.

GOA Community Services reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or decline to pay out earnings that are found to have been generated through fraud, fake engagement, self-dealing, coordinated inauthentic activity, or any other violation of these Terms. Users are responsible for providing accurate payout details (bank account or supported wallet address); GOA Community Services is not liable for funds lost due to incorrect payout information supplied by the user.

Users are solely responsible for determining and meeting any tax obligations arising from income earned through the Platform in their jurisdiction of residence.

10. Intellectual Property

The Blenavar name, logo, "Where Businesses Are Born" tagline, Platform design, software, and underlying technology are the property of GOA Community Services and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use GOA Community Services' or Blenavar's trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology except as necessary to use the Platform as intended.

11. Third-Party Links and Content

The Platform may display or allow users to share links to third-party content, including embedded YouTube videos and external websites. GOA Community Services does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for third-party content, and your use of such content or services is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms.

12. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

GOA Community Services does not guarantee the outcome, success, legitimacy, or profitability of any business, transaction, or connection made through the Platform. Blenavar is a networking and communication tool; it is not a party to, and bears no responsibility for, any business dealing, agreement, or transaction entered into between users.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, GOA Community Services, its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, GOA Community Services' total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to GOA Community Services through the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Termination and Suspension

GOA Community Services may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or where required by law. You may deactivate or delete your account at any time via the Platform's account settings or by contacting Support.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 9, 10, 12, 13, and 16) shall survive.

15. Changes to These Terms

GOA Community Services may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or the Platform's official channels prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation via the Support channel described below. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue the dispute in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
