Blenavar Social Business Network

Community Guidelines • Effective 20 July 2026

Blenavar Social Business Network ("BSBN", "Blenavar") was created by Ilechukwu Michael Chikamso Zaru-Ten, dedicated to Blenavar O.F.E.I., and built to empower entrepreneurs and skilled professionals to connect, share knowledge, and grow their businesses within the GOA Community Services ecosystem. These Community Guidelines explain, in plain language, what is and isn't acceptable on the Platform. They work alongside, and do not replace, our Terms and Conditions.

1. Our Purpose

Blenavar exists to help real entrepreneurs and skilled professionals build genuine business connections. Every guideline below exists to protect that purpose — to keep the Platform a place where people can trust the businesses, content, and people they encounter.

2. Be Real

● Use your real identity or a consistent business identity on your Business Card. Do not impersonate another person, business, or organization.

● Don't create multiple accounts to get around a suspension, to fake engagement on your own posts, or to send yourself Gifts.

● Represent your business, products, services, and qualifications honestly. Fraudulent business claims harm the trust the whole Platform depends on.

3. Be Respectful

● No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or threats of violence against any person or group.

● No content that demeans people based on tribe, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

● Disagreements happen — keep them civil. Reported accounts that consistently harass others will be actioned regardless of who "started it."

4. No Scams or Fraud

● Do not use Blenavar to solicit payment for goods or services you do not intend to deliver.

● Do not run investment schemes, pyramid/Ponzi structures, or "get rich quick" offers on the Platform.

● Do not attempt to manipulate the creator earnings, Gift, or advertising systems through fake engagement, bots, or coordinated inauthentic activity.

● Report any account you believe is scamming other users immediately via the Report feature.

5. Keep Content Appropriate

● No sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic content.

● No content that sexualizes, endangers, or otherwise harms minors, in any form — this is a strict, zero-tolerance rule with no exceptions.

● No graphic violence, gore, or content designed primarily to shock or disturb.

● No promotion of illegal goods or services, including unlicensed pharmaceuticals, weapons, or controlled substances.

6. Respect Groups and Their Purpose

Groups on Blenavar can be Public (open to all) or Private (approved by the group's creator). Private groups exist so that families, close professional circles, or communities can have a quieter, curated space — for example, a family wanting a private space to chat and share updates.

● If you join a Private group, respect that it may have a narrower purpose or audience than the public forum — follow any specific norms the group's creator or members have set.

● Do not attempt to circumvent a group's privacy by re-sharing its private content publicly without the group's consent.

● Group creators are expected to use their approval power responsibly and are still bound by these Guidelines and the Terms and Conditions for the group spaces they own.

7. Respect Private Messages and Voice Notes

● Private and group messages, including voice notes and images, are for genuine communication — not for spam, unsolicited advertising, or harassment.

● Do not record or share another person's voice note or private message publicly without their consent.

● Blocking is available if someone is bothering you — use it, and report serious cases so we can act on the account, not just your view of it.

8. No Spam

● Do not post the same content repeatedly across the forum, groups, or comments.

● Do not use automated tools or scripts to post, message, or engage on your behalf.

● Advertisements and promotions must go through the Platform's official ad/promotion features — do not disguise paid promotion as an ordinary post.

9. Respect Intellectual Property

● Only post content you own, have permission to share, or is otherwise appropriately licensed (such as embedding a public YouTube video).

● Do not claim another creator's work, business idea, or content as your own.

10. How Enforcement Works

When content or an account is reported, a GOA Community Services administrator reviews it against these Guidelines and the Terms and Conditions. Depending on severity, outcomes may include: content removal, a warning, temporary restriction of posting or messaging ability, suspension, or permanent termination of the account. Severe violations (such as content endangering minors, credible threats of violence, or serious fraud) may result in immediate termination without prior warning, and may be reported to law enforcement where appropriate.

If you believe a moderation decision affecting you was made in error, you may appeal through the in-app Support channel.

11. Reporting

If you see something on Blenavar that violates these Guidelines, use the in-app Report feature on the specific post, comment, message, or profile, or contact Support directly for urgent matters. Reports are treated confidentially, and reporting a serious safety concern in good faith will never result in action against your own account. 12. These Guidelines Will Grow

As Blenavar and its community grow, these Guidelines may be updated to address new situations. We will always aim to keep them clear, fair, and focused on our founding purpose — empowering real entrepreneurs to build real, trustworthy connections.
