Returns
We currently do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Exchanges
We do accept exchanges in cases where:
The product received is defective or damaged.
The product received is different from what was ordered.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
Costs of Exchange
If the exchange is due to an error on our side (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the exchange costs.
If the customer requests an exchange for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer will cover the shipping costs.
